Visas Overview
EB-1A Visa
The EB-1A visa is an employment-based immigrant visa category in the United States, designed for individuals with extraordinary ability.
EB-2 NIW Visa
The EB-2 NIW visa is an employment-based immigrant visa category in the United States, designed for individuals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability.
O-1 Visa
The O-1 visa can be seen as the temporary version of the EB-1A visa, with similar requirements (sometimes less stringent) and a faster processing time. You will still need to apply for EB-1 or other permanent worker visas if you want to eventually apply for a green card. Also, you will need an employer sponsor.
E-2 Visa
The E-2 visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows foreign nationals from certain treaty countries to enter the United States for the purpose of investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business. This visa is designed to promote foreign investment and facilitate the movement of individuals who contribute to the American economy.
